The Charlotte’s Korylss Perry Wins 2023 Supernova Award

HR Director Takes Home Highest Honor

The Supernova Award is our company’s highest individual honor each year. The individual on the leadership team receives votes from their colleagues as the community’s Supernova based on various criteria.

The criteria that the Executive Team bases the nomination on upholding our company’s mission to be caring professionals dedicated to quality services lead positively with integrity, take accountability, put the team before themselves, and embody the company’s vision to create communities where people live longer, healthier, and happier lives. The team member who stands out from the rest receives its prestigious Supernova Award from our Executive Team at the Senior Living Communities Annual Meeting Purple Gala Awards Ceremony!

This year, we are proud to congratulate our HR Director, Korylss Perry, as the recipient of the 2023 The Charlotte Assisted Living and Memory Care Supernova Award. Korylss is the heartbeat of the community. She welcomes new Team Members with open arms and dedicates herself to all Team Members’ career paths, benefits management, and work health.

Her journey led her to The Charlotte uniquely, and she has greatly enjoyed this opportunity to become a part of the team. In the year since she has been with The Charlotte, she has grown to enjoy the simple things like saying “Good Morning” and “Good Night” as Korylss walks down the halls and being there for the staff in any way she can. The best way to build a team is through trust; she hopes her team trusts that she will serve them.
