Local Music
Music is good for the soul. We had lovely local musicians come to perform for our Members. They set up in our courtyard for Members in Reflections, they sat around the windows and enjoyed the performance. It even inspired a few of them to play their instruments!
Party Hats
Cheers to 2021 from the Members at The Charlotte! Members created these fun party hats that they wore during the party we hosted later that afternoon. With a new year comes resolutions so we asked our Members what they wanted to see in 2021. Their answers were fantastic. May we all be the best we can be this year!
Members Move
Check out our Member’s move! They have been crushing their balance workouts recently! We had the opportunity to help our Members learn different exercises and how they can do them in their home using their countertop as support.
Hat Social
Our Members enjoyed a Hallway Hat Social last week in honor of National Hat Day! It was so much fun to see which hats were chosen by each Member!
Wellness
Our Members are thrilled to get back into their group wellness classes! We thought the perfect way to get back into a routine was with a full-body workout! Look at them work!
